How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Incheslady Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Incheslady Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Incheslady Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Us Your Complaint

Email contact@incheslady.world and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle things, you can answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
